Cruz: Phil Weiser for governor

I attended an event last weekend in Carbondale where Phil Weiser spoke about his candidacy for Governor of Colorado. Phil is extremely intelligent, well spoken and well aware of the issues affecting the Western Slope, as he has been here numerous times. Michael Bennet has not. 

Phil answered everyone’s complicated questions clearly and succinctly. He stated that Michael Bennet would best serve Colorado by continuing in the Senate, where he has earned a good reputation in the past 17 years. After listening to Phil speak about his plans and resolutions for Colorado’s main issues, including the lack of affordable housing and decreasing water supplies, I feel he is the best person to be the next governor of Colorado.
