The Colorado State Patrol stated in a news release that a man died in a May 11 crash on Interstate 70 near Frisco.

The 41-year-old Frisco resident was driving westbound on I-70 behind a semitractor-trailer near mile point 203, which is near the Summit Boulevard exit, before the crash. The driver of the semitractor-trailer, a 42-year-old male from Thornton, did not suffer any injuries.

Colorado State Patrol is investigating the crash and asks anyone who may have witnessed the crash or have information to call its dispatch at (303) 239-4501, reference case number VC260141 and be prepared to leave contact information so an investigator can call them back.
