The Food & Wine Classic got going full swing on Friday in Aspen with seminars featuring celebrity chefs spread across town and the return of the ever-popular grand tastings to Wagner Park. It’ll be rinse and repeat on Saturday before the Classic concludes with a lighter day on Sunday.
