Ronick: Consider commuter welfare

Roger Marolt has the right approach to to the West End alternate exit from Aspen in the afternoons — make it easier for people to leave Aspen by eliminating stop signs that say “All Stop” on Smuggler. 

The people who come to town to work everyday have to suffer enough getting into town, why not at least make their exit a bit quicker? As far as the residents of the West End: Gee, we’re only talking about three hours a day. Is that really going to seriously impact your lives? Please start considering the welfare of the people who have to drive in and out of Aspen everyday.
