Viewline Resort Snowmass announces new director of Sales and Marketing

Viewline Resort Snowmass, Autograph Collection has appointed Traci Day as director of Sales and Marketing at the Aspen Snowmass mountainside property.

Day is a seasoned hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience, according to a press release, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, high-performing teams and complex, multi-property initiatives across the hotel industry. She will now oversee all sales and marketing efforts for the resort, focusing on elevating brand positioning, strengthening partnerships and maximizing group and leisure business.

“Traci’s depth of experience and strategic mindset make her an exceptional addition to our leadership team,” Maxence Bonnamain, general manager of Viewline Resort Snowmass, said in the release. “Her ability to drive results while building strong relationships will be instrumental as we continue to grow our presence in the Aspen-Snowmass market.”

Day holds an MBA in Project Management and is a Certified Project Management Professional, the release confirms. She has successfully led large-scale hotel and product launches, managed multi-million-dollar budgets and guided cross-functional teams across diverse markets. The release also highlights her people-first leadership style and mission-critical results, “optimizing resources, implementing best practices, and fostering collaborative, high-performance teams.”

She also has experience in contract negotiation, procurement, budgeting and client-focused operations, which includes developing RFPs, statements of work and strategic sales initiatives.

Most recently, she served as director of Sales and Marketing at The St. Regis Houston, where the release states she drove an 18% year-over-year revenue increase through a strategic shift in the corporate segment, boosted group catering revenue by 88% year-over-year and fostered a 92% employee engagement score — the highest in Marriott’s Western Region luxury portfolio.

“With Day at the helm of sales and marketing, the resort is poised to further enhance its position as a premier destination in the greater Aspen area,” the release reads.
