Snowmass residents and visitors will have improved access to transportation through Snowmass’s enhanced summer shuttle service, which became available June 1.
Snowmass residents and visitors can travel efficiently across the village with on-demand service daily from 6:45 a.m. to midnight. This service provides a more accessible option for those who are living or staying outside the bounds of routes 3 and 4.
Route 3, which goes from the Snowmass Mall to the Snowmass Club and back, operates from 6:50 a.m. to 10:20 p.m. Departures from the mall occur twice every hour at 0:20 and 0:50. Route 4, which runs between the Mall and Town Park, operates from 7 a.m. to 8:20 p.m., with departures from the mall three times per hour at 0:00, 0:20 and 0:40.
“Between its schedule and on-demand ride service, the summer shuttle service provides multiple opportunities for visitors to get around without stepping into their cars,” Snowmass Village Communications Specialist Rick Carroll told The Aspen Times.
With the shoulder season coming to an end, these annual expansions are designed to optimize transportation options for the community and anticipated summer tourism.
