Sand: Aspen Thrift Shop’s annual sale

As ever, the wonderful team at the Aspen Fire Department has come through for the community, this time by yet again allowing the Aspen Thrift Shop to hold its annual, end of season Art Sale on their sidewalk and in the bays. We are also so grateful for their help getting set up!

This fun event generates thousands of dollars for the Thrift Shop’s program of grants and scholarships and brings lovely works of art, donated by our generous community to locals and visitors.

In addition to our friends at the Aspen Fire Department, huge thanks are due to all our donors, customers, supporters and volunteers, not least the invaluable Carl Heck, who always lends his considerable expertise and persuasive abilities to the Art Sale.

We’ve had a great art year and remind the community to always think of the Thrift Shop when they have art and objects to give away, at any point during the year.
