Kinsler: MOLLIE Aspen recognized in 2026 AIA Colorado Design Awards

CCY Architects’ MOLLIE Aspen has been recognized in the 2026 AIA Colorado Design Awards.
MOLLIE Aspen is a 68-room boutique hotel that draws from the city’s architectural heritage while creating a contemporary hospitality experience rooted in place. Natural materials, warm interiors and carefully composed public spaces extend from the lobby and restaurant to terraces and a rooftop designed to welcome both visitors and the local community.
“From the beginning, we envisioned MOLLIE as a hotel that felt distinctly of Aspen — contemporary in its design, yet deeply rooted in the town’s history, character and sense of place. CCY understood that vision from the outset and translated it into a building that feels both timeless and reflective of Aspen today. We’re incredibly proud to see the project recognized by AIA Colorado and grateful to CCY and the entire team whose thoughtfulness and creativity brought MOLLIE to life,” said Michael Brown, co-founder of HayMax.
