Jaelin Tayler Mayer, born August 21, 1976, was a radiant spirit whose compassion touched countless lives. From studying nutrition to her work as a Certified Psychedelic Therapist, she found deep purpose in reflecting profound empathy for those in pain. In 2010, Jaelin married Dave, where they resided in Carbondale over the last several years. Her special passion for rescuing senior dogs offered care and comfort in the final years to many animals.
Her passing leaves an enduring absence, yet her selflessness and unwavering support for others remain a cherished legacy.
Jaelin’s light, wisdom, and kindness will never be forgotten. Rest peacefully, love, knowing you have been so very treasured on this earth by adoring friends and family. Your presence, laughter, and beautiful face will be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Big Dogs Huge Paws, Jaelin’s favorite rescue, here: https://www.bigdogshugepaws.com/donate-to-bdhpi Or, an animal welfare organization that resonates with you.
