Aspen Meadows Resort, Hotel Jerome, and The Little Nell will host the second annual Aspen Pastry Invitational from Thursday, Oct. 9, to Saturday, Oct. 11, expanding on last year’s sold-out debut.
The event will bring in eight top pastry chefs and will include an even more ambitious lineup of culinary experiences than last year.
The three-day celebration brings together acclaimed pastry chefs for hands-on workshops, intimate seminars, and interactive demonstrations across the trio of iconic properties. Topics range from French tart mastery or brioche fundamentals to cake decorations and healthy baking techniques.
Those who prefer to simply taste the creations rather than participate can join in the festivities during dessert social hours.

Local participating chefs include Hotel Jerome’s Pastry Chef Ben Kunert, Aspen Meadows Resort’s Executive Pastry Chef Sara Figueiredo, The Little Nell’s Pastry Chef Barbara Marcos, and Executive Chef Keith Theodore.
Visiting chefs include Chef Sofia Cortina (Latin America’s Best Pastry Chef and Creative Chef at Theurel & Thomas), Chef Sebastian Kraus (2019 Patissier of the Year), Chef Michael Laiskonis (New York City-based, Les Vergers Boiron ambassador), and Chef Logan Seibert (Cocotte bakery in Cornelius, North Carolina, who won Pastry Chef of the Year twice, and brings Michelin-star caliber).
Individual workshops cost $55, social events are $95 per ticket, and a five-workshop pass is $220, with the pass offering maximum flexibility or individual tickets and allowing for a customized experience.
All three hotels are offering event packages. Hotel Jerome offers a two to four night discount package starting at $650 per night. The Little Nell will use SWEET25 for a two to four night discount package. Aspen Meadows Resort has fall value dates and Colorado resident dates available.
