Even though our Denver Broncos will not be vying for a repeat Super Bowl victory on Sunday, it doesn’t make the day any less of a national holiday. And, love it or hate it, that’s what Super Bowl Sunday has become — it’s about the sport, it’s about the commercials, it’s about the half-time show, it’s about the betting pools, and it’s most definitely about eating and drinking with reckless abandon. With that in mind, we visited a few of our favorite Aspen bars to see what they have on tap this weekend as the New England Patriots square off against the Atlanta Falcons. No surprise here, but you’ve got plenty of options when it comes to filling your Super Bowl Sunday with all things fun. Kickoff is at 4:30 p.m. MST. Get a seat early and enjoy!
