Return bike, no questions asked
Dear Editor:
To you who borrowed my bike, I realize that my beloved bicycle was sitting unlocked outside my office, but it was hailing, I was eager to get home after a long day and the bus was waiting. I was surprised to find my usual parking spot by the tree empty the next morning – no old, clunky, chrome cruiser to be found.
I hope you made it to your home safely; it has delivered me to mine on many occasions. Could you please put it back where you found it, though? I miss riding around town and it has great sentimental value to me. No questions asked, just park it in the usual spot, next to the tree on Galena Street.
