New pastor at Aspen Community Church

Aspen Community Church has a new pastor, Mike Nickerson, who comes to Aspen from the First United Methodist Church in Wenatchee, Washington, where he has served as interim pastor for the past year.
Pastor Nickerson previously served as president of United Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio, one of 13 United Methodist Seminaries in the U.S. He went on to serve 12 years as senior pastor of Parker United Methodist Church in Parker, Colorado, from which he retired in 2012.
Aspen Community Church, located at 200 E. Bleeker St., invites the community to join them for Sunday worship at 9:30 a.m. Sunday to welcome Reverend Nickerson and his wife Ti.
