Jazz Aspen Snowmass has announced its artist and venue lineup for the JAS June Experience, taking place June 25 to 28 in Aspen.
Passes will go on sale online at 10 a.m. March 18.
Jazz Aspen Snowmass President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Horowitz said that Jazz Aspen Snowmass is excited to bring back the multi-venue June Experience.
“Discovery and surprise are the biggest rewards, as attendees customize their itinerary across multiple venues nightly, but always make room for spontaneous changes of plan to hear new artists generating buzz,” Horowitz said in a press release.
Each evening will feature multiple shows across up to 10 venues within walking distance from each other, allowing attendees to move from place to place and enjoy different music styles and settings throughout the night. Many artists will play more than once over the weekend, making it easy to discover new music in smaller, up-close spaces, according to the release.
Passes include single-day or two-day General Admission or three-day VIP passes. This year, the nightly VIP dinners and concerts will be at the new Paul JAS Center, located at 422 East Cooper Avenue.
Planned venues include the Paul JAS Center, Belly Up, Wheeler Opera House, the Rooftop at the Aspen Art Museum, Limelight Hotel, W Hotel, The Little Nell, The Sterling, Hotel Jerome’s Felix Roasting Co. and Bad Harriet.
General Admission Passes include entry to all participating venues each night, plus the chance to enjoy the late show at the Paul JAS Center on both Friday and Saturday nights.
