Hotel Jerome’s Prospect launches weekend brunch

Looking for brunch in a relaxed yet elevated setting? Prospect, Hotel Jerome’s signature restaurant, has launched a weekend brunch option this March.
The restaurant now serves locals and visitors alike from 11:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays at 330 E. Main St.
Pair classic brunch dishes with thoughtfully crafted beverages for an effortless way to settle into the day.
Menu highlights include:
- Brioche French toast with berry compote, vanilla crème brûlée and berries
- Nut milk chia bowl topped with fruit, berries and bee pollen
- Felix Roasting Co.’s classic bagel with house-smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers
- Country-fried New York steak with crispy confit marble potatoes, a sunny-side-up egg and gravy
