Big deal: 81 Herron Hollow
Aspen, CO Colorado

PITKIN COUNTY ” A lower Red Mountain home has sold for $14.5 million. Newscaster Paula Zahn and Boston real estate magnate Richard Cohen bought the property for $3.8 million in 2000.
Zahn, who is separated from Cohen and involved in a nasty divorce with him, charged in a lawsuit filed this month that Cohen has refused to provide the “most basic information about the deal,” offering only “halfhearted” promises. She claims in the suit that Cohen wasn’t being forthcoming with her demands for an accounting of what he did with more than $25 million of her money, according to the New York Post.
