Aspen Snowmass reported 10″ of snow in 24 hours between Tuesday and Wednesday at both Aspen Highlands and Snowmass.
“This storm continues to deliver,” an email shared with The Aspen Times reads.
OpenSnow forecasted snow continuing throughout Wednesday, offering what Aspen Snowmass called “free refills” in between runs for skiers and snowboarders.

This snowfall comes after a winter season so far that has seen notably low snow compared to years prior. While the two-part storm and fresh powder is welcome by many, Colorado backcountry officials are also warning that avalanche danger will spike across the state.
