ASPEN – The following is a recap of Aspen Police Department activity from Nov. 25 through Dec. 2. The arrests and citations do not reflect an indictment or disposition in the cases.

Nov. 25, 2:59 a.m. – Matthew Horn, 26, of Aspen was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail, where he was charged with harassment-physical, third-degree assault, criminal mischief, obstruction of telephone service and domestic violence.

Nov. 26, 12:16 p.m. – Paul Jung, 20, of Aspen was arrested for harassment-physical and transported to Pitkin County Jail.



Nov. 27, 1:25 a.m. – Officers responded to a report of a theft of multiple coats from Eric’s Bar. Jesse Amonds, 23, of Aspen was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail, where he was charged with theft, $1,000 to $20,000. Amonds was also charged with violation of a protection order and held on two outstanding failure-to-appear warrants from Pitkin County.

Nov. 28, 1 a.m. – Officers stopped Patrick Sullivan, 28, of Aspen for a traffic violation. He was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail, where he was charged with DUI, DUI per se, failure to drive in designated lane and failure to drive in a single lane.




Nov. 28, 1:47 a.m. – Khalid Almotairi, 23, of Denver was arrested and transported to Pitkin County Jail, where he was charged with DUI and careless driving.
