Aspen kidnapping suspect arrested

Fugitive Nathan Keen was arrested late Wednesday.
Keen, 38, had an arrest warrant out for his involvement in a case under investigation by the Pitkin County Sheriff’s Office involving an alleged kidnapping and assault of an Aspen woman in early July.
“The city of Aspen emphasizes the fundamental principle that every person accused of a crime is presumed to be innocent unless and until his or her guilt is established beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” a press release states.
