A lopsided letter

Dear Editor:

I won’t comment on Cathleen Krahe’s July 20 letter to the editor, which gives her opinion of the Israeli/Palestinian situation, other than to say the following:

Ms. Krahe wrote a letter of about 12 column inches. Eleven and a half of those inches had to do with what Israel has to do to achieve peace. As to the terrorist, suicide-bombing, rocket-firing Palestinians and what they should do, she devoted half an inch.

Pretty evenhanded, don’t you think?
