744 homes and businesses lose power in Pitkin County

About 5.6% of the 13,372 Pitkin County homes and businesses tracked by statistics company FindEnergy were without power as of 10:30 a.m. Monday. The 744 structures lacking electricity was a small improvement over earlier Monday morning, as FindEnergy reported at 9:52 a.m. that 1,113 homes and businesses in the county were without power.

As of 2:30 p.m. Monday, the company reported that all structures had regained power.
