Obituary: Darren Lee Hodgson

Darren Lee Hodgson was a beloved father, husband, brother, uncle, son, and true friend to many. He lived life to the fullest, finding joy in the outdoors; boating, hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes, snowmobiling, camping, and simply having a good time. His passion for sports led him to become an outstanding lacrosse coach to both his son and daughter as well as many kids in the valley. Family was the most important part of Darren’s life. His deep love for his wife and children, and pride in all of their accomplishments brought him his greatest joy.
Darren is survived by his beloved wife, Leanne; his son, Dawson; his daughter, Sophie; his brothers, Kirk (Sandra) and Brandt; and his nieces and nephews, Rylee, Ryan, Joe, and Anna.
A celebration of life for Darren will be held Sunday, December 28th, 1pm at TACAW-400 Robinson St, Basalt, CO
