• New York-based fitness company SoulCycle plans to open a pop-up shop at the Boogie’s Building from Dec. 22 through Jan. 2, according to a company announcement. Thor Equities, which bought building for $27.5 million from Leonard “Boogie” Weinglass in May 2015, is still seeking permanent tenants for the building that will be remodeled.
• The “Game On” Aspen home project by Rowland+Broughton Architecture/Urban Design/Interior Design received 2016 honorable mention awards in the Residential Over $1 Million category from both the American Institute of Architects’ Colorado and Denver divisions. The awards were presented during the 2016 AIA Colorado & Local Design Awards Gala in Copper Mountain on Oct. 6.
