Acclaimed for his performance in ABC TV’s series Breaking Away, Cassidy, 22, starred in the long-running series, The Hady Boys as Joe Hardy and the critically-lauded feature for television, Like Normal People. As a recording star, Cassidy has toured the United States and Europe on concert jaunts after the release of his six hit records…. This is Cassidy’s first adult role. In the past, he has been cast in juvenile roles. Duffy, a busy television, stage and film actress, has appeared on television in Breaking Away, Lou Grant, the recent NBC pilot Irene and as Juliet in a PBS production of Romeo and Juliet. She stars in two soon-to-be released movies, Momma’s Boy and The Last Horror Show. Barefoot in the Park also features Anita Dangler and Michael Prince.”
