Daylight savings time begins on Sunday

People in parts of the United States who observe daylight saving time will set their clocks ahead on Sunday as the country switches from standard time.

Daylight savings time will being at 2 a.m. on Sunday morning.

The “spring-forward” on the clock will initially mean less daylight in the morning and more in the evening hours. 

Daylight savings time will last until the first weekend in November.
