Parisian fine dining institution Caviar Kaspia will arrive in Aspen this winter from Dec. 12 through the end of March 2026, thanks to an exclusive partnership with the Snow Lodge at the St. Regis Hotel.
The collaboration brings a Caviar Kaspia fine-dining experience with a lounge environment to The Jade Room, along with delivery service for Aspen locals, according to a press release. The program will operate as a formal dining experience Monday through Thursday, with Friday through Saturday hosting Club Kaspia — an evening concept that will pair Caviar Kaspia’s signature dishes with The Jade Room’s world-class music program.
“Ever since we opened The Snow Lodge in Aspen five years ago, it has been my dream to collaborate with Caviar Kaspia, and finally the stars have aligned,” Jayma Cardoso, founder and visionary of The Snow Lodge, said in the release. “They’re perfect for Aspen: the product, the lifestyle, the brand ethos. It’s so Aspen.”
Caviar Kaspia has “embodied Parisian elegance and culinary indulgence” from its home at 17 Place de la Madeleine since 1927, hosting nearly a century of icons from Hemingway, Picasso, Josephine Baker, and the Duke and Duchess of Windsor to Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Anna Wintour, Lenny Kravitz, Naomi Campbell, the Hadid sisters, and more.
“Aspen has always shared Kaspia’s spirit — elegant, festive, and international,” Ramón Mac-Crohon, CEO of Groupe Kaspia, said in the release. “Together with Jayma Cardoso and her incredible team, we’re creating an immersive experience that unites Kaspia’s Parisian soul with the energy and creativity of The Snow Lodge — a celebration of winter, friendship, and the joy of good taste.”
The Snow Lodge’s culinary team, lead by Chef Robert Seiber, recently traveled to Paris to train under Mac-Crohon in order to bring “the magic of the Caviar Kaspia to Aspen.”
Aspen guests will be able to experience Kaspia’s world-famous baked potato crowned with caviar, smoked-salmon blinis, and new menu items tailored to Aspen’s international crowd, according to the release. Kaspia will also be bringing its signature caviar dishes and experience to The Snow Lodge’s courtyard Apres Ski events.

Throughout the season, guests can also have access to exclusive drops, including limited edition merchandise and creative collaborations with top designers and friends of Kaspia and The Snow Lodge.
