The Aspen/Pitkin County Airport parking lots are currently full. This includes both the Bear Lot and the Elk Lot.

According to a press release, the lots close once they are full. Travelers are strongly recommended to seek alternative transportation to the airport — this can mean drop off, utilizing RFTA, or scheduling a taxi.

The airport’s website currently states in a banner at the top that “parking is extremely limited at ASE and usually full every weekend.”

The Aspen/Pitkin County Airport also installed a new parking system this year, equipped with automatic license plate readers and a new payment system.

Check the ASE Website Parking Page for any updates at aspenairport.com/parking/.
