Leon Majcen at Belly Up Aspen, Nov. 12

November’s musical month in Aspen continues with opener Leon Majcen, 8 p.m. Nov. 12 at Belly Up Aspen. The Nashville-based artist’s latest performance will be a chance to hear songs from his fourth album, “Making a Livin’ (Not a Killin),” released on Oct. 17.
Majcen shared with the Aspen Times: “Glad that these songs are finally out. I poured my heart into making this album and it’s been great getting to play them around the country night after night for people. I’m a lucky guy getting to make a living this way.”
Majcen’s soulful sound is a compelling blend of American, folk, and country, rooted in his personal story: though raised in Florida, he is the talented offspring of Bosnian war refugees. For more information, go to BellyUpAspenTickets.
