Basalt Rockies win title

The Basalt Rockies are No. 1
The Basalt 9-10 baseball team won the Valley Youth Recreation Baseball League championships last week.
The team is part of the Basalt Recreation Center.
The team is coached by Marlin Wolfe, Scott Garcia, Steve Clettenberg and Bruce Upton.
The Basalt team includes Tyler Sims, Sam Sherry, Brady Conrardy, Sam Twitchell, Wyatt Upton, Connor Wolfe, Sawyer McKenney, Matt McComb, Carson Clettenberg, David Hagler, Ryan Garcia, Cole Dombrowski and Cooper Crawford.
