Aspen’s Colter Zwieg wins junior golf tournament

Colter Zwieg of Aspen won the Colorado Junior Golf Tournament at Twin Peaks in Longmont, topping the age 14-15 division last weekend.
Zwieg shot a 2-over on the Twin Peaks layout and won by six strokes in the Colorado junior event.
He prevailed in the 14-15 age division, topping the field of 30 junior golfers.
Zwieg, who will play a summer schedule, will play for the Aspen High School golf team next year.

The track at the Utah Olympic Park will be put to good use toward the tail end of 2022. The Bobsleigh and Skeleton World Cups stop at the UOP from Nov. 28 through Dec. 4, and then the Luge World Cup from Dec. 15 to Dec. 17.
