Aspen basketball goes 0-2 against Roaring Fork

The Aspen High School boys basketball team lost 49-40 at Roaring Fork on Tuesday in Carbondale. The loss drops AHS to 2-2 on the season.

The Aspen girls fell 39-19 at Roaring Fork on Tuesday, going 7 of 47 from the field. The AHS girls are 0-4.

Both teams will host Vail Christian on Friday in their home openers. Games times are 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Also Friday, the Aspen High School hockey team (0-3) will host defending state champion Regis Jesuit at 5:45 p.m. at Lewis Ice Arena.
