Viceroy promotes Snowmass general manager Hugh Templeman
Hugh Templeman, general manager of Viceroy Snowmass, has been appointed regional vice president for the Viceroy Hotel Group.
Templeman also will retain his position in Snowmass Village. In his expanded role, he will work on a number of important operational projects.
Templeman joined Viceroy Snowmass in summer 2010. In 2012, the property’s year-over-year growth exceeded 20 percent, and for the winter 2012-13 winter season, Viceroy Snowmass has experienced similar growth, according to the hotel.
Templeman has held management roles at Viceroy Santa Monica, Avalon Hotel and Viceroy Snowmass with the company. He has been a member of the Viceroy Hotel Group Executive Committee since December.
Templeman was appointed to the Snowmass Marketing, Group Sales and Special Events board in 2012.

Snowmass Village police charged a 25-year-old Denver man with violation of the Colorado Skier Safety Act after he collided Saturday with another skier, an 11-year-old girl, on Fanny Hill.
