Snowmass fire calls: Oct. 26 to Nov. 1
The Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following emergency calls Oct. 26 to Nov. 1.
OCT. 26
Fire alarm at a home on North Ridge Lane. The alarm system was activated by the alarm service provider working on the system.
OCT. 27
Fire call to a home on Pine Crest Drive for a report of smoke. A tractor that was warm up in the morning produced a plume of smoke.
Fire alarm at a home on Spur Ridge Lane. The alarm system was activated by a possible system malfunction as no smoke or fire conditions were found. The owners were contacted with our findings.
Fire alarm at 70 Commons Circle, the Commons Apartments. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.
OCT. 29
Fire alarm at 35 Lower Woodbridge Road, the Seasons Four Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by steam from the bathroom.
Carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Stellar Lane. The alarm system was activated by a possible system malfunction as no carbon monoxide was detected in the home.
NOV. 1
Carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Divide Drive. The alarm system was activated by a wire that was cut while a technician was working on the alarm system. He fixed the wire and reset the alarm.
There were no calls on the dates that are missing.
