Snowmass author’s children’s book available on Kindle

Snowmass Village-based author Johnny Boyd has recently converted his children’s book, “First Tracks,” to Amazon’s Kindle format.

“First Tracks” is told through the eyes of a child on a ski vacation by recounting everything a little visitor to a ski resort will likely experience.

“First Tracks” brings the vacation home so the joy of skiing can be relived over and over, the author said in a statement. For parents who love to ski, “First Tracks” keeps the sport fresh in their children’s minds so when it comes time for a vacation, the ski mountain is likely the first choice.

“First Tracks” has been printed four times and has sold more than 11,000 copies in its hardcover edition, making it one of the most popular books on skiing ever written. In the digital format, “First Tracks” is now available in markets that had never known of its existence.

The electronic edition is available on Amazon’s Kindle store. The hardcover edition is still available.
