Road work to impact Daly Lane during offseason

The Snowmass Village Transportation Department will be repairing the driveway entrance aprons to the Parcel C building located on Daly Lane from now through May 23.

Roadwork will occur through May 9, and poured concrete will require drying time for two weeks thereafter where the road will remain open, but traffic will be limited. During this time, motorists and pedestrians can expect the following:

One-way traffic on Daly Lane with flaggers when construction is heaviest

Traffic control through the entire project period

Closure of the Parcel C garage and loading docks April 28 through May 6, including the trash compactor and recycling area in the garage. A temporary receptacle will be placed outside of the building in an accessible area.

Crews working on April 22 struck a natural gas pipe, causing a leak. The portion of the Snowmass Village Mall closest to the site was evacuated, and a section of Carriage Way was closed.

The gas line was successfully shut off at approximately 7 p.m. Gas service was disrupted to some Snowmass Village Mall merchants, most of which are closed for business for offseason.
