"The Island of Misfit Toys," created by Viceroy Snowmass pastry chef Ashley Jenkin, is on display now in the hotel's lobby on the main level. Using 11 cases of rice krispies and nine cases of marshmallows, the "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer"-inspired display took two weeks to complete.
