Fire calls, May 2-8

The Snowmass Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following calls from May 2-8.

May 2

Gas alarm at a home on Lake Wildcat Road. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no hazards were found.

May 3

Fire alarm at a home on Fairway Drive. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no smoke or fire conditions were found. The home was turned over to property management.

Pull station alarm at the Commons employee housing complex. No smoke or fire conditions were found.

Fire alarm at the Commons employee housing complex. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

May 4

Fire alarm at the Crestwood Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

Medical call to a home on Trail Rider Lane for a person suffering from a possible overdose. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for treatment.

May 5

Fire alarm at the Commons employee housing complex. The alarm system was activated by smoke from plastic containers that had been left on the stove.
