Fire calls, May 19-25

The Snowmass Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following calls from May 19 to 25.

May 19

Citizen assist at a condominium on Carriage Way. Crews assisted the homeowner in silencing a smoke detector that was activated by a cooking error.

May 20

Medical call to 2831 Brush Creek Road the baseball field for a person suffering from a knee injury. The response was canceled.

Carbon monoxide alarm at a home on Fairway Drive. The alarm system was activated by a possible malfunction as no carbon monoxide was detected.

May 22

Fire alarm at 70 Gallun Lane. The alarm system was activated by plumbers sweating pipes together.

Fire alarm at 30 Anderson Lane. The alarm system was activated by a system malfunction/trouble signal with an unknown elevator.

Medical call to a home on Spur Ridge Lane for a person who can hardly move after recent back surgery. One person was transported to AVH for further treatment.

May 25

Mutual aid requested by Aspen Ambulance to respond to a home on Brush Creek Road for a person who had fallen. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.
