Fire calls, Jan. 5-11

The Snowmass Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following calls from Jan. 5 to 11.

January 5

Mutual aid requested by Aspen Fire for a structure fire at 814 West Bleeker Street in Aspen. The heating tape in a gutter attached to the roof was on fire. Ladder 71 responded to staging and then was released.

Fire alarm at 100 Elbert Lane, the Westin hotel. The alarm was caused by a system malfunction. No smoke or fire conditions were found.

Fire alarm at a home on East Fork Lane. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

Medical call to 239 Snowmass Club Circle, the Snowmass Club, for a person suffering from throat pain. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

January 6

Fire alarm at a home on Meadow Ranch Drive. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

January 7

Medical call to 130 Wood Road, the Viceroy hotel, for a person who had fallen and couldn’t get up. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Fire alarm at 400 Wood Road, the Crestwood Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a person suffering from a shoulder injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to 198 Gallun Lane, the Ski Patrol pickup location, for a person who had been in a high-speed collision and was suffering from neck pain. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to Timbers Club Court, the Ski Patrol pickup location, for a person suffering from a injured wrist. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to 5307 Owl Creek Road, the Snowmass Chapel, for a person who was suffering from electrocution and a possible fall. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to a home on Brush Creek Lane for a person suffering from diabetic problems. One person was evaluated at the scene and refused transportation to the hospital.

January 8

Medical call to 425 Wood Road, the Woodrun Place Condominiums, for a person who was sick. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a person suffering from a head injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to 198 Gallun Lane, the Ski Patrol pickup location, for a person suffering from back pain. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to 165 Daly Lane, the Ski Patrol pickup location, for a person suffering from knee pain. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Fire alarm at a home on North Ridge Road. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

January 9

Fire alarm at 400 Wood Road, the Crestwood Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by a cooking error.

Fire alarm at 110 Carriage Way, Bia Hoi. The alarm system was activated by an accidental smoke condition.

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a person suffering from a medical problem. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to 5275 Owl Creek Road, the fire station, for a person who came in suffering from chest palpitations. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Fire call at a home on Ridge Road for a natural gas alarm activation. A plumber working at the residence caused the gas. No other hazards were found.

Medical call to a home on Pinon Lane for a person suffering from a head Injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Carbon monoxide alarm at 130 Wood Road the Viceroy Hotel. No detectable levels of carbon monoxide were found.

Fire call at 35 Lower Woodbridge, the Seasons Four Condominiums, for a dumpster shed fire. The fire was extinguished.

January 10

Medical call to 120 Carriage Way, the Hayden Lodge, for a person suffering from a head injury caused by falling. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to 198 Gallun Lane, the Ski Patrol pickup location, for a person suffering from back and wrist injuries. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to Timbers Club Court, the Ski Patrol pickup location, for a suffering from back pain. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to Timbers Club Court for a person suffering from a knee injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to Timbers Club Court for a person suffering from an altered level of consciousness. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Fire alarm at 70 Commons Circle. The alarm system was activated by the occupant was smoking in his room. The smoke was cleared and the alarm was reset.

January 11

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a person suffering from shortness of breath. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to the Snowmass Clinic for a person suffering from memory loss. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.

Medical call to the Snowmass Clinic for a person suffering from a knee injury. One patient was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital for further treatment.
