The Snowmass Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following calls from Dec. 30 through Jan. 4.

Dec. 30:

Automatic fire alarm at 73 Wood Road, the Base Camp Bar & Grill. The alarm was caused by steam.

Automatic fire alarm at 135 Wood Road, the Terrace House. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Dec. 31:

Medical call to the fire station at 5275 Owl Creek Road. A person walked in complaining of a fast heartbeat. One person was evaluated and went by private vehicle to the hospital.

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a person suffering from low oxygen saturation. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 400 Wood Road, the Crestwood Condominiums. The alarm was caused by a cooking error in Unit 2304.

Medical call to 198 Gallun Lane, the ski-patrol pickup point, for a person suffering from a possible head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 130 Wood Road, the Viceroy Hotel. The alarm was caused by a cooking error in the 8K Restaurant.

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a person suffering from breathing difficulties and chest pain. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to Rodeo Road for a person hyperventilating. One person was evaluated and released to their parents. No transport was necessary.

Jan. 1:

Medical call to the Timbers ski-patrol pickup point for a person suffering from a seizure. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 150 Carriage Way. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Medical call to the Timbers ski-patrol pickup point for a person suffering from a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to the Gallun Lane ski-patrol pickup point for a person suffering from a possible fractured femur. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to 161 Slopeside Lane for a person suffering from a possible fractured ankle. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to the Roaring Fork Transportation Authority bus station for a person who was unconscious. One person was evaluated and turned over to the Snowmass Village Police Department.

Jan. 2:

Fire call to 105 Daly Lane, Venga Venga, for a smell of natural gas. Upon arrival, no gas was smelled or detected.

Medical call to 198 Gallun Lane, the ski-patrol pickup point, for a person suffering from a femur injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to 198 Gallun Lane, the ski-patrol pickup point, for a person suffering from head and back pain. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to the Timbers ski-patrol pickup point for a person suffering from a left hip injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a person suffering from abdominal pain. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 135 Carriage Way, the Tamarack Condominiums, Building 1, Unit 3. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Medical call to 130 Wood Road, the Viceroy Hotel, for two children who had crashed on their sled. Both children were evaluated for injuries. One child was released to their parents, and one child was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital with an ankle injury.

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, the Snowmass Clinic, for a person suffering from a hip injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 135 Carriage Way, the Tamarack Condominiums, Building 1, Unit 2. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Medical call to 105 Campground Lane, the Shadowbrook Condominiums, Unit 301, for a person choking. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Jan. 3:

Automatic fire alarm at 135 Carriage Way, the Tamarack Condominiums, Building 1, Unit 3. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Medical call to the Timbers ski-patrol pickup point for a person suffering from a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Mutual aid requested by Aspen Ambulance for a medical call at the Lift 1A ski-patrol pickup point. The response was canceled.

Medical call to 25 Daly Lane for a person vomiting blood. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to 4250 Divide Road, the Krabloonik kennel, for a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Automatic fire alarm at 95 Timbers Club Court, Unit K101. The alarm was caused by a cooking error.

Medical call to 229 Ridge Road, Unit 2, for a person suffering from a head injury. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane, Venga Venga, for a person who was unconscious. One person was evaluated and refused treatment and transportation to the hospital.

Fire call to 1061 Wood Road for a gas alarm. The alarm was caused by a power outage.

Citizen assist at 1022 Wood Road for a person who was locked out. Crews found an open door and let them in.

Jan. 4:

Medical call to 105 Daly Lane for a person suffering from back pain. One person was transported to Aspen Valley Hospital.

Mutual aid requested by Aspen Ambulance to stand by at the intersection of Brush Creek Road and Highway 82 for additional calls.
