Snowmass fire calls: April 20 to 26

Staff report

The Snowmass-Wildcat Fire Protection District responded to the following emergency calls from April 20 to 26.

APRIL 21

Fire alarm at 84 Carriage Way, the Base Village parking garage. The central plant heat detector had been activated. We found the fire pump running but no water flow was found. The pump was shut down due to overheating. The alarm system was still functional.

APRIL 23

Fire alarm at 35 Lower Woodbridge Road, the Seasons Four Condominiums. The alarm system was activated by smoke from a closed fireplace flue.

APRIL 25

Public assist at 400 Wood Road, the Crestwood Condominiums. Crews assisted with an elevator issue.

Fire alarm at 36 Commons Circle, the Club Commons employee housing complex. The alarm system was activated by an unknown cause.

APRIL 26

Fire Alarm at 130 Wood Road, the Viceroy Hotel. The alarm system was activated by construction.

There were no calls on the dates that are not listed.
