Business as Usual: Who’s staying open for offseason?

With lifts no longer running on Snowmass ski area, many village businesses will close for the offseason, allowing their owners and employees some much-need r&r. Here’s a look at offseason hours and reopening dates for closed businesses in the Snowmass Center, Base Village and the Snowmass Club.
Next week, we’ll look at businesses on the Snowmass Village Mall.
Snowmass Center
Taster’s: Open from 11 a.m. to 9/9:30 p.m. every day
Mountain Bayou: Open 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday
Sundance: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday; 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday
Base Village
Ricard: Reopening mid-June
Base Camp Bar & Grill: Reopening during events starting June 12
Slice: Reopening during events starting June 12
Bia Hoi: Reopening July 2
Performance Ski: Not open during summer
Generation Snowmass: Reopening early June
Viceroy Snowmass: Reopening May 23
Four Mountain Sports:Reopening early June
Snowmass Club
Sage Restaurant: 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday
Golf course and Black Saddle Bar & Grill expected to open late May

Snowmass Village eyes improvements for pedestrians at Highline Road, Brush Creek
The town of Snowmass Village has its eyes on some safety improvements on Highline Road and a section of Brush Creek Road that will give pedestrians and cyclists a little more room to breathe on the side of the road.
