If you enjoy Aspen’s almost-free Mac and Cheese Festival every September, up the ante in Denver on Friday, Feb. 8, when 17 city restaurants serve up elevated gooey goodness for a chance to win crowd favorite. While GA tickets are sold out, Early Entry ($89) and VIP ($119) are still available as of press time.
