Shapiiro: Too much talk

All talk, no action! Enough with discussions — we need solutions! Every City Council meeting I have attended seems to end with a need for more discussions with problems that have been going on for years.

A timeline, not a stall of discussing the same issues over and over again! Aspen needs a change for that. Vote for Tracy Sutton, Sam Rose, and Bill Guth.
