Reach out for mental health

I think suicidal thoughts are part of the human condition. Not always because of mental illness. Most people think about this and DON’T pull it off. One can be in a really dark place in life and that is guaranteed to happen but there are options. It is not how you get to a terrible point in life but how you get out. Most people have a core group that would listen and help. If someone in your life reaches out to you don’t panic and don’t be so scared. Discreetly reach out to somebody that knows what to do. Somebody who has been there and especially a proffesional. Don’t wait to see if things smooth over. Just communicate and listen. It really is not that hard to care and help out.
