Look for Aspen housing solutions, not construction

Bob Marley once sang, “In the abundance of water, the fool is thirsty.”

A group of kids once went trick-or-treating. Not a single piece of candy was found in their buckets at the end of the day. The children, still delighted, explained to their parents, “We found houses for us to live in! We found places for all of your friends at work, too! We went up Conundrum, and Starwood, and Two Creeks. No one was home! It doesn’t look like anyone lives there anymore.”

Concerning affordable housing, it seems appropriate to include more innovative solutions than building more or shuffling retired people around.
