Letter: Your Thrift dollars at work

Your Thrift dollars at work

Every month members of The Thrift Shop of Aspen meet to continue to accomplish our mission: to make grants to other nonprofit organizations in the Roaring Fork Valley.

We are grateful to all the community members who continue to support our efforts by donating and purchasing gently used clothing and household items. For the month of February we are pleased to announce the following recipients: English in Action, Carbondale Council on Arts and Humanities, The Early Learning Center, Aspen Film, Symphony in the Valley, The Neighborhood Clinic at Woody Creek Community Center, Spellbinders, Basalt Regional Library Music Program, and Empty Bowls — Aspen Middle School, Aspen Community School and Aspen Country Day School.
