Letter: Make it count

There is a great deal of energy spent on insignificant issues. Please don’t forget that we live in a paradise while millions are hungry and starve to death. Two quotes that continually come to mind: “I would be kinder,” by Aldous Huxley on his death bed; and “If we all chose a cause, we could cleanup this mess,” Jimmy Heuga, Olympian who died after a long battle with multiple sclerosis.

Life is short, make it count.
