Letter: Loss of a friend

Our family is incredibly sad over the loss of our dear friend Dan MacEachen. Dan was always kind, warm, generous and a pleasure to be around. He treated us like kings and queens when we visited him at Krabloonik for a dogsled ride or dinner or just to say hello. He hosted a beautiful engagement party for us at the restaurant that we will never forget. Dan loved his business but most of all his family and, of course, his dogs.

For those who really knew Dan, you understood his warm nature and his good intentions. To us, he was a loyal and true friend. The past few years and few months were unbearably difficult, and we will miss his inspiring presence. We will always remember Dan as the dog-loving, fun-loving and truly good person he was.
