Letter: Haber for mayor of Snowmass

Haber for mayor of Snowmass

Jason Haber is an honest, kind, hard-working, true gentleman and Snowmass Village (much more, the Roaring Fork Valley) will be lucky to have him as mayor.

Jason’s dedication to community and the environment is genuine, a fact validated by his 17 years of service in public governance, tenure with Community Office for Resource Efficiency, servitude on a handful of local ecological and community boards and as a hockey coach. I know that he will do a fantastic job at developing Snowmass’s economy while preserving its ethics. Jason has and will continue to care for Snowmass thinking not about himself, but about all of our future generations.

Beyond being a good candidate, Jason is a good man. And this good man is someone I would be honored to call a leader of my community. I wish I could vote in Snowmass next week. If I could, I would quickly, enthusiastically and gratefully fill in that little bubble next to Jason Haber. If you can vote in Snowmass, please do the same!
